Welcome to our Chemistry Distance Subject Knowledge Enhancement Programme.
This course which cover all aspects of Chemistry GCSE teaching from Foundation level Combined to Higher level Separate GCSE is aimed not just at bringing your subject knowledge up to speed but will also aid your teaching practise through focusing on - Common Misconceptions of Students and Practical Learning. As you work through the modules, you will be shown the common areas where students struggle with ideas that block their learning and tips and practise to help overcome these. We push knowledge and the use of not just the required GCSE practical's but areas where you can use practical tasks to engage and develop your learners.
The courses are designed to update your subject knowledge of your specialist subject up to A-level standard and include resources in your specialist subject at GCSE and A Level.
This course is either 8 or 12 weeks (25 hours per week).
